How do I place my order?
- You can place an order through our website. When you place an order, one of our agents will generate a complete contract for you to review, which will include any additional labor or delivery expenses.

What is the cancellation policy?
- Individual contracts may contain additional cancellation restrictions, however cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental day are often charged a 50-100 percent cancellation cost.

Is a deposit required?
- All orders exceeding $500, as well as any specialty goods, require a 25% deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Do I have to clean rental items before I return them?
- Glassware, dishes, and flatware must be cleaned and repacked in their original cartons or crates, free of food and/or drink. The client should not wash or launder the linens.
