How do I place my order?

You can place an order through our website. When you place an order, one of our agents will generate a complete contract for you to review, which will include any additional labor or delivery expenses.

What is the cancellation policy?

Individual contracts may contain additional cancellation restrictions, however cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental day are often charged a 50-100 percent cancellation cost.

Is a deposit required?

All orders exceeding $500, as well as any specialty goods, require a 25% deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Do I have to clean rental items before I return them?

Glassware, dishes, and flatware must be cleaned and repacked in their original cartons or crates, free of food and/or drink. The client should not wash or launder the linens.
